Player Pianos

We have certificates from PianoDisc and QRS Pianomation. These authorize us to install and repair player and record systems from these companies.

Experience

Berg Piano Services has been installing player systems on pianos since 1991. To date we have installed over 275 systems including PianoDisc, Concertmaster and QRS. Along with the player mechanisms, we have installed several recording systems, home stereo/player piano systems and juke box/player piano systems too. We have also serviced the Yamaha Disklavier.

Player Service Includes

• Software update
• Program key velocities
• Adjust Trapwork / foot pedals
• Program damper solenoid (were applicable)
• Lubricate key solenoids (if needed)
• Check visible connections
• Test all solenoids
• Check sound card and speakers if equipped

The cost of a modern player system varies quite a bit due to all the accessory items that can be added to the 'play only' system. Record ability, speakers, digital storage choices, drive units, function of foot pedals, sing along tools, computer hookups and more make the price vary quite a lot. The list price for a play only system usually starts at about $6,995.00 dollars and goes up from there depending on what accessories are added. We offer nice discounts.
