Piano covers offer protection in several ways:

• Protects from dust
• Protects finish from UV light damage
• Protection from bumps and falling objects (padded covers offer better protection here)
• Helps to keep humidity from strings
• Combined with a  humidity control system for maximum humidity control
• Excellent for storage and construction protection

How to measure your Piano? Hold tape measure at back end of piano opposite keys. Pull tape beyond the front of piano and hold. While looking from above keyboard, slowly move your head from beyond the front of the piano back towards the keys. Stop when the very front (vertical) portion of the piano can not be seen. Your eye is now directly above the front of the piano. Take the measurement.
