Great care is taken to package all of our products for shipping. In the event that an item is damaged in shipping, immediately contact Berg Piano Services. Berg Piano Services will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ship replacement merchandise and advise dispostion of the damaged item. All piano benches, stools, bench covers, fallboard locks, lamps and piano covers will be handled through the distributor after initial contact with Berg Piano Services. Damaged items will incur no further charge to you.
Berg Piano Services accepts returns if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and there is no damage to the product. Simply follow the steps below.
Within 14 days of receipt you must contact Berg Piano Services to discuss your claim and go over return instructions.
Return item with a note indicating the RMA number and a brief explanation for the return along with a copy of the invoice.
Your account will be credited minus restocking fee or a replacement item will be shipped
Return conditions
Items must be unused, unopened and resalable.
There will be a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping is the the responsibility of the customer.
Return must occur within 15 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued relative to the original payment.
Liquid products such as polishes and cleaners are not returnable.
